This section introduces you to the history of investigations carried out in Zea Harbour.

The earlier research is very important, as our working hypotheses have been based on the observations and work of Graser, Milchöfer, Dragátsis, Dörpfeld and Blackman.

Each of these people has contributed to the understanding of the ancient harbour at Zea, and likewise, our work will provide information to the future researchers in this field.
